Smoking is permitted in smoking areas throughout the satellite terminal building only.
I could find no evidence of a dedicated smoking area outside the terminals however I didn’t look very hard and most people were smoking outside wherever they felt like it anyway.

Level 2 (Mezzanine Level) in the South Zone towards gates C31-C37
It should be noted that the smoke in the room is quite strong and there’s ash everywhere!! There’s also nowhere to sit with most people opting to sit on the rail around the edge of the room designed to stop trolleys hitting the windows.
